Owner Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms
By registering as a hotel owner or property manager on DayDreamHub.com LLC ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Owner Terms of Service in addition to the general Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not register or use the owner features of the Platform.
2. Description of Service
DayDreamHub.com LLC provides hotel owners and property managers ("Owners") with an owner panel to list and manage day-use accommodation plans. DayDreamHub.com LLC acts as an intermediary between Owners and guests and is not a party to the accommodation contract between them.
3. Registration and Eligibility
- Owners must hold all permits and licenses required by applicable law to operate their accommodation facility.
- Owners must provide accurate information during registration. Misrepresentation may result in immediate account suspension.
- DayDreamHub.com LLC reserves the right to approve or reject any registration at its discretion.
4. Owner Panel Features
Upon approval, Owners have access to the following features in the owner panel:
- Reservation Management: View, approve, and decline booking requests. Guests are notified by email when a reservation is approved or declined.
- Calendar & Availability: Manage blocked dates on a day-by-day basis (double-click to block/unblock). Sync availability with external calendars via iCal integration.
- Pricing: Set base rates and separate weekend pricing for each plan.
- Plan Management: Temporarily pause and resume individual plans (Pause/Resume feature) without deleting them.
- Sales Reports: View monthly sales reports and export data as CSV.
- Guest Reviews: Read and reply to guest reviews left after check-out.
- Messaging: Communicate with guests regarding their reservations via the in-platform messaging system.
5. Listing Responsibilities
- Owners are responsible for ensuring that all listing information (facility details, photos, pricing, availability, check-in/out times) is accurate and up to date.
- Photos must accurately represent the actual facility and comply with applicable advertising regulations.
- Owners must maintain real-time availability. In case of overbooking or double-booking, the Owner bears full responsibility for resolution.
- DayDreamHub.com LLC reserves the right to modify or remove listings that do not meet platform standards.
6. Reservation Approval System
- Booking requests must be reviewed and approved or declined by the Owner within the timeframe specified in the owner panel.
- Guests are automatically notified by email upon approval or declination.
- If a reservation is declined, the guest will receive a full refund.
- Repeatedly declining or ignoring booking requests without valid reason may result in account suspension.
7. Cancellation Policy
- Owners may set their own cancellation policy for each plan within the options provided by DayDreamHub.com LLC.
- If an Owner cancels a confirmed reservation, the guest will receive a full refund.
- Repeated owner-initiated cancellations may result in listing suspension or contract termination.
- Guest cancellation requests submitted via their account page are subject to the Owner's cancellation policy and must be confirmed by the Owner or a DayDreamHub.com LLC administrator.
8. iCal Calendar Integration
- Owners may connect an iCal calendar URL to automatically sync blocked dates and availability with external systems (e.g., other OTAs, property management systems).
- DayDreamHub.com LLC is not responsible for sync errors, delays, or conflicts arising from third-party calendar systems.
- Owners must regularly verify that their availability is correctly reflected on the Platform.
9. Fees and Commission
- DayDreamHub.com LLC charges a commission on completed bookings. The applicable commission rate is specified in the individual agreement concluded with each Owner.
- DayDreamHub.com LLC reserves the right to update commission rates with advance notice as specified in such agreements.
- Listing on the Platform is free of charge; fees apply only upon completed bookings.
10. Guest Reviews
- Guests may leave a review after check-out. Reviews are visible on the property listing page.
- Owners may submit one reply per review through the owner panel.
- Reviews that are false, defamatory, or violate platform guidelines may be removed at DayDreamHub.com LLC's discretion.
- Attempting to manipulate, suppress, or fabricate reviews is strictly prohibited and may result in account termination.
11. Messaging
- Owners may communicate with guests about their reservations via the Platform's messaging feature.
- Messaging must be used solely for reservation-related purposes. Solicitation, marketing, or directing guests to book outside the Platform is prohibited.
- DayDreamHub.com LLC reserves the right to review messages for compliance with these Terms.
12. Prohibited Conduct
- Providing false or misleading information in listings.
- Soliciting guests to book outside the Platform to avoid commission fees.
- Discriminating against guests on the basis of nationality, race, gender, religion, disability, or any other protected characteristic.
- Using guest personal data for any purpose other than fulfilling the booked service.
- Unauthorized access to or sharing of owner panel credentials.
- Any action that disrupts the normal operation of the Platform.
13. Suspension and Termination
- DayDreamHub.com LLC may suspend or terminate an Owner's account for violations of these Terms, poor service quality, or repeated guest complaints.
- Owners may terminate their account by contacting partners@daydreamhub.com. Confirmed reservations at the time of termination must still be honored.
- Upon termination, the Owner's listings will be removed from the Platform.
14. Intellectual Property
By uploading photos, text, and other content to the Platform, Owners grant DayDreamHub.com LLC a non-exclusive license to use such content for the purpose of operating and promoting the Platform. Owners warrant that uploaded content does not infringe any third-party intellectual property rights.
15. Limitation of Liability
DayDreamHub.com LLC is not liable for any damages arising from accommodation services provided by Owners, disputes between Owners and guests, or disruptions to third-party services (including iCal providers or payment processors). DayDreamHub.com LLC's liability is limited to the commission amounts received in relation to the relevant booking.
16. Changes to Terms
DayDreamHub.com LLC reserves the right to modify these Owner Terms of Service at any time. Owners will be notified of material changes via email or the owner panel. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
