2. Description of Service
DayDreamHub.com LLC is an online travel agency (OTA) that connects travelers with hotels and properties offering day-use and short-stay plans. We facilitate bookings between guests and property owners but are not directly responsible for the accommodation services provided.
3. Day-Use Service Terms
- Check-in and check-out must occur on the same calendar day.
- Plans specify available time windows; guests must arrive within the designated check-in period.
- Late arrival beyond the check-in window may result in denied entry at the property's discretion.
4. Booking Approval Process
- Bookings are subject to hotel owner approval after payment.
- Payment is captured at the time of booking request.
- If the owner declines, a full refund will be processed within 5-10 business days via PayPal.
- DayDreamHub.com LLC uses a reservation request system. Approval is at the discretion of the property owner.
- You must provide accurate personal information (name, email, phone number) when making a reservation.
5. No-Show Policy
- Failure to arrive without cancellation will be recorded as a no-show.
- No-show bookings are non-refundable unless the hotel's plan specifies otherwise.
6. Payment & Platform Fees
- Plans marked as "Prepayment" require payment via PayPal before the reservation request is submitted.
- Plans marked as "Onsite Payment" are paid directly at the property during check-in.
- DayDreamHub.com LLC charges a service fee included in the displayed price.
- No additional fees are charged to guests at the property.
- DayDreamHub.com LLC is not responsible for disputes between guests and properties regarding onsite payments.
7. Age Restriction
- Users must be 18 years or older to make bookings.
- Some properties may have additional age requirements.
8. Cancellation Policy
Cancellation policies vary by property. Please review each property's specific cancellation policy before making a reservation. DayDreamHub.com LLC enforces the cancellation policy set by each individual property.
- Guests may submit a cancellation request from their account page (/mypage).
- Whether a cancellation is accepted and the amount refunded depends on the hotel's cancellation policy.
- Cancellations are confirmed by the hotel owner or a DayDreamHub.com LLC administrator.
9. Reviews
- After check-out, guests may submit a review of the hotel through the Platform.
- Reviews that are false, defamatory, or violate our community guidelines may be removed.
- Hotels may respond to guest reviews through their owner panel.
10. Messaging
- Guests may send messages to a hotel regarding their reservation from their account page (/mypage).
- The messaging feature is intended solely for reservation-related communication between guests and hotels.
- Messages must not be used for solicitation, spam, or any purpose unrelated to the booking.
11. User Accounts
- An account may be created automatically when you submit a reservation request.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
- To request account deletion, contact customer@daydreamhub.com. Active reservations will be cancelled upon deletion.
12. Limitation of Liability
DayDreamHub.com LLC acts as an intermediary between guests and properties. We are not liable for any damages, losses, or disputes arising from the accommodation services provided by listed properties. Our liability is limited to the fees collected through the Platform.
13. Intellectual Property
All content on DayDreamHub.com LLC, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of DayDreamHub.com LLC and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
14. Changes to Terms
DayDreamHub.com LLC reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
